Common Issues & Solutions

Why is the game not loading?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the web version or the latest app version installed. Try clearing your browser cache or restarting the app. If issues persist, contact support@colormatch.com.
How do I reset my progress?
To reset your progress, go to the Settings menu in the app and select "Reset Progress." Note that this action cannot be undone unless you have cloud sync enabled.
Why are my scores not saving?
Scores are saved locally by default. For cross-device syncing, log in with your account. If scores still don't save, check your device's storage settings or contact support.
How do I enable/disable sound?
Go to the Settings menu in the game and toggle the "Sound" option. Ensure your device is not muted and volume is turned up.
What should I do if the game crashes?
Update to the latest version of the app or browser. Close other apps to free up memory, and restart your device. If crashes continue, email muhammadarfan078607860786@gmail.com with details of the issue.
How can I recover my account?
Use the "Forgot Password" option in the login menu to reset your password. If you can't access your account, contact support@colormatch.com with your account details.
